FALL FESTIVAL
Our 42nd Annual Fall Festival is
Friday, October 17 & Saturday, October 18!
 
 
BOUTIQUE
This year, instead of an auction, we will be having a Boutique where we will be selling donated items. The funds raised will be designated to the capital projects that the Trustees have planned for our church.
 
If you have new/unused items that you can donate, please bring them to Kesha’s office. We need you to complete a quick form for each donated item so we know the value of the item and can price it accordingly.
 
Please note: this is NOT a rummage sale; we cannot accept old/used items.
 
MARKING OUTSIDE VENDOR SITES
Each year, on the Wednesday prior to the Fall Festival, 6-8 volunteers mark all the outside vendor sites. This takes 2-3 hours to complete. Anna Henry has managed this effort since becoming the Fall Festival Chairperson. 
 
Due to so many other Fall Festival details & responsibilities, she can no longer do this. We need a person (or two) to volunteer to lead the site marking for us. We have a very detailed site map and good tools. Anna will be available to show the leader(s) what needs to be done.
